    ROI: Amidst of the opening it upon existing tourism places in India ,beside the rising competition in hospitality industry ; They can make predictive analysis for the places in India that are going to attract more tourism in the coming decade.

    Demographics: Considering the brand name , they should consider the place where there is max. visits of upper middle class.

    Location :
    Location nearby any international airport suits the best.
    Location where maximum of corporate meetings occur may be beneficial.

    Labour cost : They should hire from the locality to save labour miscellaneous cost.

    Convenience – Hotel should have metro connectivity, it should have well diversed facility of commutation.

    View : It should have an amazing view allover to attract more visitors.

    Pollution – It should not be in closer proximity to any manufacturing units.
