    NumPy stands for Numerical Python. It is used for basic mathematical operations like
    matrix multiplication, sorting,indexing and elementary functioning on the array data type.

    SciPy stands for scientific python and is built on top of the NumPy. It is used to perform more
    advanced functions like interpolation, fourier transforms, signal processing, integration,
    multidimensional image processing etc.
