It is very much dependent on your business objective. In classification model and especially in health care sector more weightage is given to other model parameters except for accuracy, like – Precision, Sensitivity, and F-1 scores.
Accuracy should not be considered in all the cases, especially if you are dealing with imbalanced
data set. Depending on the business problem at hand, you can determine that what is going to cost
you more, False Positives or False Negatives. You can go with various other measures like AUC,
Precision, Recall, F1-Score etc.
