The Probability of getting a red will be 18/38
U are playing 4 times then = (18/38)*4 =1.895
The probability of getting a red ball out of 38 balls is = 18/38
The person bets 4 times on red hence total probability=4*(18/38)=1.894 which means that person will surely win 1 game, also the probability of winning the second game is 90%.
Can use binomial. Here, n = 4, p = (18/38), q = (20/38)
So, the expected probability of winning
= 1- 4C0 * (18/38)^0 * (20/38)^4 = 0.92
(18/38)*4 =1.895
